Account Manager, Industrial Sales – Phoenix

We are searching for an outstanding account manager to present the full line of our services to prospective Waste Management customers. You will have an assigned area of responsibility and will exceed sales goals for new business with industrial and hazardous waste customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE;

·Effectively cultivating client relationships.

·Achieving or exceeding budgeted revenue goals for new business with industrial and hazardous waste customers in assigned sales territory.

·Maintaining existing base business; identifying new waste streams and new base business customers.

·Developing comprehensive sales plans for your territory in conjunction with division sales plan and goals.

IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED AS A CANDIDATE FOR THIS POSITION THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS ARE REQUIRED;

·Previous demonstrated success selling a service based solution and/or product.

·Demonstrated and proven superior sales and organizational skills abilities.

·A four-year degree, preferably in a science or technical background, or comparable work experience in the hazardous waste or related industry

·A minimum of 3 years industrial or hazardous waste sales experience is highly preferred.

·Previous experience identifying local market dynamics, defining and implementing basic countermeasures to offset competitive campaigns, pricing deterioration, and/or changes to regulatory drivers.

·Demonstrated success understanding competitive and market information.
