Arizona Internist LL7679x – Phoenix

Internal Medicine physician wanting to do Hospitalist work in the Phoenix,Arizona,area. Staggered schedule. Some are working WedSun with MonTues off. 5:2 Some are SatWed with ThursFri off. 5:2 Some are Mon thru Fri and every third weekend. 5:2,w/1:3 weekends. This rotates every 6 weeks. So it remains fair to all physicians and your days off vary. The night call is the same as listed above. Also,in Phoenix they run two teams. One on the east side and one on the west side. City is too big to cross cover peers across town. They have a base guarantee of $190K. They are guaranteed to make $190K,however they can make much more based on their collections.
