Director of Clinical Services needed in Phoenix,AZ. Salary 110K 120K depending on background,exp. The company is a healthcare management company managed care focusing on improving the quality of life for geriatric patients in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. They partner with health plans. Field Staff NPs visit patients 2x a month. There are multiple sites in the area. Oversees day to day operations dealing with nursing homes,NPs,etc. Manage 4 Team Leads who are nurse practitioners. Team Leads manage a team of NPs 810 who visit the patients. Recruiting and training nurse practitioners. Strategic and budget planning as required. Reports to: Executive Director,with dotted line to VP and SR VP of Operations. The ideal candidate needs 10+ years of clinical experience as Nurse Practitioner,Adult or Family will not consider an RN,must be a NP. At least 3+ years of management experience,need someone who has good solid management skills. Long term care and managed care experience preferred. Good computer skills are a must.
