AT&T Marketing Coordinator – Phoenix

DUTIES:
Coordinator to support Marketing Director and marketing team, duties to including but are not limited to calendar, travel, and meeting coordination. Assist in the functional areas of Equipment pricing and rebate development, sports sponsorship coordinating, marketing communications coordinating, customer lifecycle management support, and promotions development. Performs non-supervisory assignments in the following areas: production management of all collateral, graphics and special projects, market research/analysis, communications, product lines and promotions. Responsible for coordinating sponsorships and traveling to events throughout the market as needed. Maintain contact with all properties to assist in fulfilling marketing project needs. Great entry-level Marketing position with opportunity to advance.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordination of meetings, calendars, travel, timelines, reports
Manage collateral fulfillment for the entire market
Marketing communications support, e.g. advertisement listings
Equipment pricing and rebate maintenance
Customer Lifecycle Management project coordination
Manage and track team s Accounts Payable records
Misc. support for market-level promotional execution, i.e. order trinkets, signage

REQUIREMENTS:
Strong organizational skills a must. Preferred interest in Marketing programs and projects. Ability to work independently and travel for events and coordination.
