Business Analyst/Technical Writer – Phoenix

Business Analyst/Technical Writer with 3-5 years experience in software development required.

-Experience with product development life cycle for financial or payment applications is beneficial.
-Candidate will be working with technical specifications for Web and PC based applications.
-Experience with Quality Assurance also beneficial.
-Verbal and written communication skills are very important.
-Contract is expected last at least 6 months
-Develops detailed functional specifications including data and function models, process flow diagrams and report and screen layouts.
-Documents algorithms, identifies logical system architecture, specifies system interfaces, documents operational requirements, develops test plans.
-Oversees acceptance testing, develops user guides, provides user training, and supports the user in development of work processes.
-Works under the direction of a team leader or project manager.
-Ability to research and resolve problems associated with system transactions or processing.
-Ability to provide day-to-day operations support.
-Have knowledge of and ability to perform multiple aspects of the operations process.
