Data Entry Position Available – Phoenix

We currently have a data entry position in a fast growing company whose main responsibility will be entering the data for new business.

Responsibilities:

1. Batch new business.
2. Enter new business through data entry tables.
3. Filing batches and Operations documentation.
4. Assist team members with completion of their job duties as required.
5. Any other duties that can be safely performed as requested by management.

Qualifications:

Education
High school diploma or equivalent

Experience
Alphanumeric data entry - minimum 10,000 kph
10-key entry - minimum 10,000 kph
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Equipment to be used
Telephone, Computer, Calculator, Fax and Copier.

Special Qualifications
This position requires analytical, computer, and data entry skills. This person must be detail oriented with multi-task skills.

Physical Demands
Must be able to sit for long periods of time. Some Standing. Must be able to lift 15 pounds.
