Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Operate the application that runs and monitors all of eDiscovery processes
Extract text and file properties from various law firms suit related files using internal software
Bring data/files into one and process into TIF files to increase ease of access
Create reports and inventory analysis
Track Progress using Access Database
Validate Data throughout the processes
Must be detail oriented, very organized
Must have OUTSTANDING communication and presentation skills.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Ability to multitask when applicable maintaining same quality and quantity standards.

Computer Skills:
Must have strong working knowledge of basic PC functions and Windows environment.
Able to troubleshoot system and network errors on occasion.
Text Editor(s) experience a plus
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Outlook, Excel (delimit a file, copy/paste, create batch files, sort)
Able to understand database concepts or basic knowledge of Access or other database packages

Education/ Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
One year of IT work experience preferred
Law firm experience plus
Litigation Support experience (i.e. IKON, Medley Group, VMAX Studios, etc.)

Schedule/Availability
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when applicable
1st or 2nd Shift available (6am to 2:30pm) (2:00pm to 11pm)
