Inside Sales Representative – Phoenix

We are seeking the most driven individuals who desire unlimited earning potential to join our Fortune 200 company. As a Waste Management sales professional, you will work with minimum supervision while performing market area research and networking to cultivate leads and persuade prospects to purchase Waste Management's exceptional trash removal services.

The ideal candidate will meet and/or exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas, establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, execute sales campaigns to meet goals, attract, generate, manage and record leads from outbound telephone marketing, demonstrate exceptional organization and problem-solving skills, exhibit proficiency with computer software applications, and effectively apply all Waste Management sales productivity software tools and training provided.

Minimum Candidate Attributes:

High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent
Intermediate level proficiency with computer software applications and word processing accuracy
Exhibit multi-tasking ability, managing sales calls while manipulating personal computer and software tools for documentation.

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

Bachelor's degree
Two+ years of proven success in outbound ''B-2-B'' telephone sales in a call center environment
Professional sales skills training
Experience with Waste Management sales applications (MAS, Pricing tools, etc.)
Advanced skill level with software applications and word processing accuracy.
