B>Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a IT Site Manager to join our team in Phoenix, AZ.

Job Responsibilities:
Assumes principal leadership role for the quality delivery of IT services at the client's facility. Manages the customer relationship with Perot Systems, participating as a member of the local executive management team at assigned facility while building customer trust and confidence in Perot’s ability to deliver quality services. Provides balanced representation of all stakeholders - local facility, Client Central Business Office and Perot Systems. Represents Perot Systems values and practices in all customer and associate interactions. Chairs/co-chairs the IT Committees for the assigned facility, demonstrating an understanding of the facility technology needs, and opportunities to exploit existing/new technologies that are aligned with the client's strategies. Participates with Senior Leadership for strategic and tactical planning for the organization. Guides proposals through Client governance processes and Perot Systems project initiation processes (e.g., 100 day plan, project estimating, resource management, Task Order development). Provides oversight to ensure the quality delivery of core and discretionary services (e.g., monitoring projects, requests, incidents) at assigned facility, working with enterprise teams to establish priorities and resolve issues in a manner that minimizes IT disruption to Client’s business. Functions as the facility Security Officer, collaborating with the Facility Privacy Officer and Client corporate officer to ensure appropriate facility training and issue escalation/resolution that facilitates compliance with HIPAA regulations. Provides communications on technology events/issues, ensuring facility leaders and end-users are well informed of events impacting their facility as well as corporate strategies/initiatives. Conducts day-to-day delivery of support activities in compliance with Client/Perot technology management practices (e.g., change control, downtime planning, resource management, project initiation). Collaborates with facility executives/business leaders in the development of capital and operating budgets for IT projects and services.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting executives in a complex technical environment; familiarity with technology management practices.
  • 5+ years of leadership in a matrix environment.
  • Exceptional verbal/written communication skills as this person is required to communicate to the customer on a variety of IT management processes (e.g., capacity planning, capital forecasting, resource management, change management, project initiation, etc.)
  • 5+ years experience with managing IT projects to interact and communicate with technical teams, application support teams and others responsible for providing customer service delivery.
  • Ability to establish trusting relationships with customers.

    Desired Skills:
  • Knowledge of healthcare IT environments for acute-care, ambulatory care and Central Business office operations.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA security and confidentiality regulations and mitigation strategies.
  • Strategic Planning, coordinating I.T. vision with and Business Strategies

    Minimum Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
