Immediate need for medical coder seeking superior organization, great benifits and great hours. Hospital coding, 3 years of hospital billing and coding a must. Inpatient Coded $43k-$62 DOE/On Call Coder $40/hr
Assign ICD-9-CM diagnosis and procedure codes for inpatient hospital records and CPT codes to outpatient hospital records for reimbursement and research. Good communication skills, be comfortable working in a fast pace hospital environment and ability to operate a number of computer applications at one time. Two years ICD-9-CM coding *One year CPT coding
*RHIT or CSS
*DRG-preferred
