As a call center customer service professional with this leading edge, well-known health care organization you would be responsible for participating in routine staff meetings and in-services. Responding to incoming phone calls providing information and assistance to meet providers needs. Gathering, sorting and tracking data as requested by the supervisor. Participation in identification of potential third-party liability, CRS, reinsurance and catastrophic cases.Identifies/reports problems with the information system to the supervisor.
