This Medical Records Supervisor position is with a large, well established hospital. They have opportunities for advancement, benefits, and flexible hours.
Candidate will be responsible for assisting HIM department in trend analysis, resolution and goal setting along with the hiring, training, evaluating and termination of staff. The requirements for this position are as follows:
3yrs RHIT or RHIA
Basic knowledge of JCAHO, OSHA and EEOC
2+yrs of Supervisory experience
Ability to provide written and verbal instructions, communicate effectively with management, physicians and staff.
