Clien seeking: Regional Director of Management Engineering for its AZ Region operations. Located in Phoenix, the individual in this role will plan and direct the work of 8 - 10 Management Engineers serving AZ Region hospitals with organizational performance measurement and analysis, including productivity and operational benchmarking, formal and informal training, team facilitation, work process analysis, and consultation with healthcare leaders. The AZ Regional Director will work closely with the Western Regional Director and will have responsibility for some systemwide projects and activities.healthcare management level experience and knowledge of healthcare operations and analysis
