Your duties will include:
•Establish effective business plan.
•Establish and achieve sales objectives.
•Recruit candidates for turnkey marketing program.
•Provide coaching, counseling, and motivational encouragement to team to allow them to realize their potential.
•Establish regional marketing campaign for sales and recruitment.
•Assist others to reach their goals.
•Recommend product improvement and expansion.
•Grow customer base and maintain relationships with current customers.
Qualifications:
